You'll manage multiple engagements ensuring technical excellence and client satisfaction while working with both onshore and offshore teams. In this role, you are the face of the team and must excel at communication, project management, quickly grasping client business and technical challenges, and at driving projects to completion within time, quality, and budget constraints.\r\nKey Responsibilities\r\nManage delivery of several concurrent small to mid-sized projects\r\nServe as primary client contact for project status and escalations\r\nProvide solution architecture and technical guidance on implementations\r\nCoordinate with offshore development teams to ensure quality and timeline adherence\r\nConduct code reviews and technical oversight as needed\r\nSupport business development through technical scoping and proposal contributions\r\nQualifications\r\nStrong technical background (.NET, SQL Server, Power Platform, Azure, Python, Data Engineering, or similar)\r\n3+ years managing multiple concurrent software development projects\r\nExperience architecting solutions and making technical decisions\r\nProven track record working with distributed/offshore teams\r\nExcellent client communication and relationship management skills\r\nAbility to switch between strategic oversight and hands-on technical work\r\nPreferred Qualifications\r\nPrevious consulting or professional services experience\r\nExperience with both short-term projects and long-term client engagements\r\nAbout LTC Global\r\nLTC Global is a dynamic umbrella organization encompassing multiple companies serving a variety of B2B industries.
