Store Manager

```Duties``` - Oversee daily operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management - Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times - Train and supervise store staff, providing guidance and support as needed - Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner - Manage cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in cash register transactions - Collaborate with the assistant manager to create employee schedules and manage payroll ```Experience``` - Previous experience in wireless sales or retail management is highly preferred - Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Ability to effectively communicate with customers, employees, and vendors - Proficient in administrative tasks such as record keeping and report generation - Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team - Experience supervising employees and providing performance feedback Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
