You will be responsible for generating high-quality sales opportunities by engaging cold prospects and marketing-qualified leads across multiple channels — phone, email, and LinkedIn — and converting interest into qualified meetings for our Account Executives.This is a high-impact, metrics-driven role where your performance directly influences company growth, revenue, and customer acquisition.Essential Duties And Key ResponsibilitiesProspect and book qualified meetings with CPG leaders across Sales, Category Management, Shopper Marketing, and moreOwn multi-channel outbound outreach: phone, email, and LinkedInExecute structured outbound campaigns and messaging sequences aligned to specific customer use casesResearch and build target account lists and identify key buying stakeholdersQualify inbound leads for fit, need, and timing before booking meetingsAccurately manage activity, lead status, and next steps in HubSpotConsistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly activity and meeting targetsPartner closely with Account Executives to refine targeting, messaging, and campaign strategyContinuously test and optimize messaging, sequences, and targeting to improve conversion ratesDevelop strong product, industry, and buyer persona knowledgeConsistently generate high-quality Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)Hit or exceed monthly meeting quotaBuild a reliable pipeline engine for the Account ExecutivesDemonstrate continuous improvement in conversion rates and response ratesBe an expert in CPG buyer personas and use casesQualificationsEducation and Experience:1+ years of SDR/BDR, inside sales, or high-volume outbound sales experience preferredComfortable making 50–100+ outbound touches per dayStrong phone presence and crisp written communication skillsHighly organized with excellent follow-up and time management skillsData-driven and motivated by goals, quotas, and earningsCurious, coachable, and motivated by clear goals, career experience development, and earning potentialComfortable using CRM and sales engagement tools (HubSpot experience a plus)WHY STORESIGHTSell a game changing product solving real pain points for CPG brandsCareer path opportunities into Account Executive, Marketing, and moreCompetitive base salary + commissionStrong onboarding, training, and mentorshipBe part of a category-defining company in retail execution intelligence
