About the roleTeam Credo is looking for a Sr. Director of Operations & Supply Chain to join our mission to transform connectivity at scale. This role will play a critical role in advancing our system designs with our many global manufacturing partners. This position offers opportunities for cross-functional collaboration in a high-tech environment, ideal for professionals passionate about manufacturing great products and developing supply chain solutions.Base salary range is $220,000 - $280,000 a year. The base salary offer will depend on factors such as education, experience, training, skills, qualifications, and location. Operational Strategy & ExecutionTranslate corporate strategy into scalable operational plans and annual operating objectives.Own end-to-end operational performance across multiple teams, regions, or product lines.Identify and execute initiatives that improve efficiency, margin, quality, and cycle time.Lead cross-functional planning to align operations with sales, product, finance, and supply chain.2. Leadership & Team Development* Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability, data-driven decisions, and continuous improvement.* Drive succession planning, talent development, and leadership readiness.3. Process Improvement & Operational ExcellenceStandardize workflows while allowing flexibility for regional or customer needs.Reduce complexity and eliminate operational bottlenecks.Lead automation, digitization, and systems optimization initiatives.4. Financial & Performance ManagementOwn operating budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.Improve gross margin, operating margin, and overall cost efficiency.Establish KPIs and dashboards to monitor performance.Partner with Finance on ROI analysis and capital planning.5. Cross-Functional Collaboration* Serve as escalation point for complex operational challenges.6. Risk, Compliance & Quality ManagementEnsure compliance with internal controls, regulatory standards, and industry requirements.Own operational risk management and business continuity planning.Drive quality systems, audits, and corrective action processes.7. Customer Experience OwnershipEnsure operational teams meet customer delivery and service commitments.Track customer satisfaction metrics related to operations.Lead root-cause analysis for service issues and escalations.8. Scaling & Transformation* Lead operational readiness for rapid growth, expansion, acquisitions, and new product launches.* Drive organization-wide change management and adoption of new systems and processes.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred10+ years of progressive operations leadership experience, with at least 5 years leading managers or directorsProven experience scaling operations in a complex, multi-site, multi-country environment.Track record of owning P&L, budgets, or operational forecastsDemonstrated expertise in process optimization, KPI design, and performance managementStrong understanding of supply chain, manufacturing, service delivery, or enterprise operationsProven ability to build, develop, and lead high-performing teamsExperience partnering with executive leadership and influencing strategy at the VP/C-suite levelStrong change-management and organizational leadership skillsData-driven decision maker with experience using operational dashboards, metrics, and analyticsAbility to translate business strategy into scalable operational plansStrong financial acumen, including cost control and margin improvementExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environmentsStrong project management and execution discipline across multiple initiativesAbout CredoCredo's mission is to transform connectivity at scale through fast, reliable, and energy-efficient system solutions.
