As a key member of the Project Management team, the Project Manager will report to the Director of Project Management.\nThe Project Manager is vital for the overall success of their projects, assisting the Project Manager in overseeing and directing construction projects from conception to completion while delivering projects on time, within scope and budget.\n\nPosition Key Criteria/Requirements\n3+ Years experience in construction project management.\nExperience with Division 9 & 12 products or demonstrated ability to learn the product quickly; experience with a Contexture vendor desired.\nDemonstrated success working with internal and external project partners, and cross-function team experience.\nClean driving record.\nOSHA 30-Hour certification\nAble to work flexible hours; periodic early starts, late finishes, and weekends based on active project schedules.\nMicrosoft Office Suite Proficiency (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)\nBluebeam, Procore, and other GC management software.\nUnderstand and can interpret the technical requirements of plans, schedules, specifications, contracts, and vendor technical documents (product data sheets).\nExcellent written and verbal communication\nBudget & cash flow management\nPosition Measurable Accountabilities\nEnsure that all actions support the Purpose, Vision, and Core Values of Contexture.\nProject profitability.\nAll projects at least achieve sales GPM target.\nAnnual project averages at least 10% GPM growth from sale.\nNo job over $200 underbilled and general conditions for all jobs invoiced within first billing after contract receipt.\nAssist accounting with collections for any invoices over 15 days past due; by request.\nBudget: tracks budget versus actual versus projected.\nProjections: material and labor forecasted accurately.\nVendor back charges – communicate vendor mistakes to finance immediately so any money can be recouped.\nNegotiating contract terms and managing the job to mitigate risk for:\nSite access; movement of manpower, materials, & warranty work.\nChange order terms.\nScheduling commitments.\nPayment terms & process.\nSite safety & regulatory requirements.\nCompany financial liability.\nProvide support and guidance for project questions by the requested date, or respond within 24 hrs.\nReview and process field documents to ensure timely release of materials.\nParticipate in internal project kickoff meetings as scheduled.\nSubmittals: Consult, review, and send to customer.\nBudget breakdown review and creation of SOV, following SOV procedures.\nCompany Benefits\nHealth Insurance (90% company funded)\nDental/Vision Insurance (70% company funded)\nVoluntary Life Insurance\nVoluntary Accident/Critical Illness Insurance\nCompany-paid Basic Life Insurance (100% company-funded)\nCompany paid Short Term & Long-Term Disability Insurance (100% company funded)\nCompany-paid Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance (100% company-funded).\nFlexible Spending Account and Dependent Care Account.\n401k Plan (company quarterly match up to 4%).\nPTO (paid time off).\n10 Company paid holidays.\nMonthly company social event.\nParental Leave of Absence (based on tenure).\nVirtual tutoring program for team member's school-aged children.\n\nCompany Background\nEst. in 1985, Contexture is a woman-owned industry leader in the design & installation of window treatments and acoustic wall and ceiling solutions.\nWe provide the highest quality service and solutions for our client's needs with unrelenting dedication and care.
