The painter oversees the paint department and assistants/prep techs and reports to the production manager.\r\nResponsibilities\r\nReport to Body Shop Foreman or Body Shop Manager and will be assigned duties on a daily basis.\r\nMaintain proficiency of 70% or better, billing a minimum of 5.6 hours per day.\r\nKeep area safe and clean.\r\nFollow all safety measures for personal and environmental safety.\r\nWear all appropriate safety equipment (PPE) for each specific task: goggles, face shields, gloves, respiratory systems, dust masks, protective suit.\r\nExamine damaged vehicles and estimate repair cost.
