This role combines data engineering, ontology design, application development, and AI workflow enablement to create scalable, production-grade data products that improve operational efficiency, decision-making, risk management, and regulatory compliance.\nThe position serves as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating complex operational requirements into governed, maintainable, and reusable Foundry solutions.\nEssential Job Duties and Responsibilities :\nData Engineering and Pipeline Development\nDesign, develop, and maintain data ingestion, transformation, and integration pipelines within Palantir Foundry.\nIntegrate data from internal systems, third-party vendors, data warehouses, servicing platforms, CRM systems, and financial applications.\nEnsure data quality, lineage, reliability, observability, and performance across production environments.\nImplement governance controls and operational monitoring for enterprise data assets.\nOntology and Data Product Development\nDesign and maintain ontology models that represent mortgage and financial services business domains.\nDefine business entities, relationships, and semantic structures that support operational workflows and analytical use cases.\nDevelop reusable, governed data products that enable reporting, analytics, workflow automation, and AI applications.\nCollaborate with business stakeholders to align ontology structures with operational processes and business objectives.\nApplication and Workflow Delivery\nDevelop Foundry-based applications, dashboards, operational tools, and workflow solutions.\nSupport business processes including loan origination, underwriting, servicing, portfolio management, risk assessment, compliance monitoring, and customer operations.\nConfigure workflow actions, case management processes, exception handling tools, and decision-support applications.\nPartner with business users to identify opportunities for operational improvement and automation.\nAI and Automation Enablement\nDesign and deploy AI-enabled workflows using Palantir AIP capabilities.\nDevelop agent-based and large language model (LLM) solutions that support business operations and decision-making.\nEnsure AI implementations meet enterprise standards for governance, auditability, security, and regulatory compliance.\nEvaluate and implement opportunities to improve operational efficiency through AI-assisted processes.\nRequired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities\nAdvanced knowledge of Palantir Foundry platform capabilities.\nStrong proficiency in SQL and Python and/or PySpark.\nKnowledge of data engineering, ETL development, and data integration methodologies.\nUnderstanding of relational, dimensional, and semantic data modeling techniques.\nAbility to design and implement ontology-based business solutions.\nExperience developing enterprise applications and operational workflows.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and systems-thinking skills.\nAbility to communicate technical concepts effectively to business stakeholders.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and deliver solutions in evolving environments.\nOther Job Duties and Responsibilities:\nPerforms other related duties as assigned.\nComply with all company policies and procedures.\nMaintain regular and punctual attendance.\nSupervisory Responsibilities :\nThis position is an individual contributor.\nQualifications :\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily.
