Job Description Tra Mar Mechanical, a Crete United Company, is a Mechanical Solutions service provider in Northern Colorado Market. Headquartered in Greeley we provide service, maintenance, retro fit, tenant finish, new construction and sustainable energy products to small and large building owners, managers and agents including commercial, healthcare, institutional and municipal.TraMar Mechanical is growing and seeking a high-performing Sales Executive to drive net-new revenue across Commercial HVAC, full MEP service and project opportunities throughout Northern Colorado. This is a true hunter sales role with ownership of prospecting strategy, pipeline development, customer relationships, and revenue performance.Growth Opportunity:This role provides the opportunity to expand full MEP services across Northern Colorado by partnering with Crete United's established Denver-based mechanical, electrical, and plumbing companies. You'll help introduce additional capabilities into the market, support cross-company collaboration, and drive integrated service and project solutions for customers in the region.What You'll DoOwn and lead Commercial HVAC & MEP sales growth across service, retrofit, and project workIdentify, pursue, and close new customers across commercial and industrial marketsDrive new business through disciplined prospecting and opportunity developmentBuild and manage a qualified pipeline; maintain forecast accuracy and data integrityLead discovery conversations with owners, facility leaders, general contractors, and property managersPartner with estimating and operations to develop scopes, proposals, and pricing strategiesNegotiate pricing, terms, and service agreements with a focus on long-term customer valueEstablish and execute a strong sales operating rhythm: activity targets, pipeline reviews, and performance reportingMaintain Salesforce (CRM) as the single source of truth for pipeline, forecasts, and customer dataRepresent TraMar Mechanical and Crete United at customer meetings, industry events, and networking opportunitiesWhat We're Looking ForProven track record driving new revenue in Commercial HVAC and/or MEP servicesStrong commercial sales leadership mindset with disciplined prospecting, pipeline ownership, and closing abilityFamiliarity with MEP service contracts, facility maintenance, and HVAC upgrades, and small project MEP projects.Ability to collaborate closely with operations and estimating to deliver profitable, executable workStrong communication skills, professionalism, and relationship-building capabilities across multiple stakeholder groupsValid driver's license with the ability to travel locally throughout Northern Colorado as needed3+ years of experience selling MEP, HVAC, or building services, with a track record of successBenefits & Compensation$80K - $100K base salary plus performance-based commissionVehicle allowance and company-provided IT package included.Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance401(k) with Company MatchPaid Time Off and paid holidaysCompany-paid Life InsuranceShort- and Long-Term DisabilityCareer growth opportunities across the Crete United networkCheck out our video for more information:Build The Future with Crete UnitedHow to Apply: Apply directly through the job board where you found this posting (LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter) or submit your application through our career site at www.creteuited.com/careers.
