Requires an understanding of quality tasks across quality functions including hardware, software, systems and suppliers/subcontractors, and customers.\nPartners with program teams for Quality execution of design, development, production and mobilization phases of program execution.\nProficient in company policies.\nPerforms contract reviews and flows down contract quality requirements to quality team, including suppliers.\nEstablishes and manages quality budgets and cost commitments.\nSupports the delivery of monthly contractual commitments through problem solving of high-impact quality issues through reviews of technical risk assessments, evaluation of corrective actions, and documentation of customer concerns.\nParticipates in independent program reviews to understand risks and drive Return to Green plans.\nMaintains a DCMA/Customer quality relationship.
