And we believe those same values should guide how we treat our employees.Job DescriptionOversees the collection, cleaning, sterilization, distribution, and inventory of dental instruments and equipment in compliance with University, State, and Federal OSHA standards. Supports clinic operations by training clinical staff, monitoring sterilization processes, maintaining required documentation, and ensuring equipment and supplies are safe, available, and ready for patient care. Assists with clinical support duties as needed to promote an efficient, high‑quality clinical environment.Essential FunctionsClean, sterilize, and distribute dental instruments and equipment to support daily clinic operations, following all safety and infection‑control standards.Perform routine sterilization testing and maintain accurate records to ensure compliance and patient safety.Monitor sterilization equipment and partner with clinical leadership to address maintenance or repair needs.Manage sterilization supplies and inventory, including ordering materials and maintaining required documentation.Support and train clinical staff in sterilization processes and contribute to ongoing process improvements.Assist in the dental clinic as needed with operatory setup, infection control, instrument tracking, and dental assisting duties (including radiographs when appropriately trained).QualificationsGraduation from high school or equivalent educationApplicants with an equivalent combination of education and experience will be consideredWhat We OfferMedical, dental, and vision plans with a variety of optionsRetirement matching up to 7.5%Employee Assistance Programs, including mental health servicesGenerous vacation and sick leave for a strong work‑life balancePaid holidaysEligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)Additional employer‑paid benefitsWhat To Do NextApply through our Career Center at Roseman.edu!
