This position follows a rotating 12‐hour shift schedule and requires hands‐on troubleshooting, equipment repair, and preventative maintenance to ensure safe and efficient plant operations.ResponsibilitiesElectrical & Mechanical MaintenancePerform electrical troubleshooting, repairs, and adjustments on production machinery and facility equipment.Diagnose issues with motors, control panels, sensors, wiring, and electrical components.Conduct mechanical repairs including belts, bearings, gears, and drive systems.Perform routine and preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and extend equipment life.Equipment Monitoring & RepairRespond to machine breakdowns quickly and effectively.Inspect equipment regularly to identify potential failures or safety concerns.Calibrate, test, and verify proper operation of electrical systems and controls.Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and modifications.Safety & ComplianceFollow all electrical safety procedures, lockout/tagout, and company safety policies.Maintain accurate maintenance logs, repair records, and documentation.Ensure work areas remain clean, organized, and compliant with safety and environmental standards.Production SupportCollaborate with machine operators and supervisors to resolve equipment issues.Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to enhance reliability and efficiency.Assist with basic facility maintenance as needed.RequirementsElectrical experience required (industrial or manufacturing environment preferred).Strong troubleshooting skills for both electrical and mechanical systems.Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, diagrams, and manuals.Experience with industrial machinery, automation, or production equipment.Knowledge of preventative maintenance practices.Ability to work 12‐hour rotating shifts (days/nights).Manufacturing or maintenance technician experience strongly preferred.Text Nancy at 915-305-7508
