Account Boarding Specialist

Overview The Account Boarding Specialist will execute merchant boarding and audits, submit MPAs, process pricing updates, and support underwriting. The role ensures accurate CRM data entry, audit coordination, and compliance throughout the onboarding lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Perform merchant boarding and audits with high accuracy and compliance. Submit Merchant Processing Agreements (MPA) and process pricing updates. Coordinate PCI audits and ensure completion of required documentation. Enter and maintain IRIS data with strong data quality standards. Provide underwriting support and resolve onboarding issues in coordination with stakeholders. Qualifications 1+ years in fintech, administrative, or compliance experience Knowledge of PCI requirements and underwriting processes. Strong attention to detail and data accuracy; comfortable with structured processes. Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and operational systems (e.g., IRIS or equivalent). Preferred Qualifications Experience conducting audits and maintaining merchant onboarding documentation. Familiarity in Payments or Fintech industry.
