The position will be 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday and the work will take place remotely.\n\nJob posting:\nThis position will support the IT Business Transformation Analyst in the design and development of policies, procedures, and overarching training for Information Technology staff. The primary focus of this position will be on the Software Development Life Cycle and the adaption of the ITIL v3 Service Life cycle's five stages and included service management processes. In addition to developing new training materials, the position will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of existing training and updates as needed. Position will be responsible for developing e-learning modules.
