Candidates must currently reside in, or be willing to relocate to, the DC metro area prior to start.\nSalary: $75,000–$130,000 — Commensurate with experience\nResponsibilities\nSupport proposal managers in coordinating schedules, templates, and document production.\nMaintain proposal libraries, boilerplate content, and past performance repositories.\nTrack action items, deadlines, and deliverables across proposal teams.\nFormat, edit, and proofread proposal documents for compliance and consistency.\nSupport color team review logistics and desktop publishing.\nAssist with RFP/RFI analysis and compliance matrix development.\nRequirements\nExperience supporting proposal development in a federal contracting environment.\nStrong organizational, writing, and editing skills.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint).\nExposure to proposals supporting DoW, DHS, FBI, or another national security agency customer.\nWillingness to work onsite in the DC metro area as required.\nPreferred Skills\nExperience with desktop publishing and document formatting for federal proposals.\nFamiliarity with Shipley or similar proposal methodologies.\nAPMP Foundation certification.\nEducation and Work Experience\n3–15 years of relevant experience, with placement (Mid, Senior, or Lead) commensurate with demonstrated experience.
