Provide regular updates and checkpoints to ensure alignment and smooth implementation of new opportunities and process adaptations.\nProvide technical guidance, support & mentoring for data-related projects across the organization.\nImplement and maintain data security protocols and ensure data privacy and compliance with policy & regulation.\nEstablish and enforce best practices for data management and governance.\nPerform other duties as appropriate and as assigned.\n\nKnowledge/Skills/Abilities\nProven work experience as a Data Architect, Data Scientist, Data Analyst or similar role.\nIn-depth understanding of database structure principles.\nExperience gathering and analyzing system requirements.\nKnowledge of data mining and segmentation techniques.\nExpertise with enterprise data management in SQL, Oracle, or other industry standard databases.\nExperience with data visualization, data migration and data modeling.\nProven analytical skills.\nAble to analyze client’s needs, and design solutions to solve the defined problem.
