Our mission is to build the next generation of tools that impact hardware development at scale.What We're Looking ForWe are in search of a hungry, ambitious, and exceptionally talented full-stack engineer to join our early-stage engineering team who’s passionate about shaping the future of hardware development tools from the ground-up.ResponsibilitiesOwn and develop user-facing features to enable interaction with 3D models and their 2D representations in our cloud-based web applicationDevelop, maintain, and optimize frontend code to create a responsive, highly interactive & consumer-grade UXWork with backend engineers to integrate RESTful APIs and WebSockets for real-time data manipulation and displayConduct performance tests and make necessary adjustments to optimize speed and UXWork hand-in-hand with the founding team to define the product and translate user needs into technical specs, with an eye for user pain, simplicity, and scalabilityQualifications2-5+ years software engineering experience — startup experience is a plusStrong proficiency in web development, Python and ReactExperience turning Figma into React components with a proven track record of developing and deploying high-quality, scalable code and familiarity with version control tools like GitExcellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively articulate technical concepts, trade-offs and decisionsWillingness to travel to colocate for in-person work weeks with our small, mighty teamExperience working with CAD kernels or a CAD related SDK is a plusFull medical, dental, vision insurance and benefitsGenerous equity packageLimitless career opportunityA positive, flexible working environmentSTAY in touchStay in the loop with everything DrafterWe'll only ping you with really good stuff. #J-18808-Ljbffr
