The Mortgage Originator will be responsible for originating loans, assisting clients with mortgage options, and navigating the mortgage process. Responsibilities include evaluating financial documents, ensuring compliance with underwriting guidelines, and maintaining consistent communication with clients to provide exceptional service. Collaboration with other team members is key to ensuring a seamless borrowing experience.Qualifications1-2 years in Mortgage Lending, Mortgages, and LoansKnowledge of Underwriting processes and guidelinesStrong Customer Service skills and the ability to build client relationshipsAttention to detail and the ability to ensure accuracy and complianceExcellent communication and organizational skillsActive Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license is requiredExperience with mortgage software or loan origination systems is a plus
