Maintains and further vigilance of business rules, credo values, and end state vision. Ensures process align with cGMP’s, safety, and environmental procedures.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nDevelopment and coordination of production associates to ensure attainment to the business plan and area Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).\nInitiates and monitors process deviations records.\nProvides mentorship and coach associates on the supply chain process.\nWorks with the different support departments and resources to troubleshoot and resolve process and technical problems.\nEnsure the cleaning and preparation of packaging equipment.\nMonitors and measure process performance and implementing corrective actions.\nResponsible for the orderly flow across shift to the next.\n\nQualifications\nEducation:\nA minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required. Focus degree in Sciences, Pharmacy, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields is preferred.\n\nExperience and Skills:\nRequired:\nA minimum of 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.\nSupervisory experience.\nKnowledge of safety, environmental and labor procedures.\nKnowledge of cGMP’s and compliance.\nProficient in the use of MS Office applications: Word, Excel, Power Point, and Internet.\nExcellent organizational, management, and people development skills.\nUse of interpersonal and collaboration skills to build interdependent partnerships.\nPrepares effective presentations to employees and management. Work in teams and independently. Make decisions and work with precision at a fast pace\nPreferred:\nProficiency in Spanish and English and excellent ability to write in English and Spanish.\nExperience in packaging process of solid dosage.\nProficient in the use of SAP application.\n\nOther:\nAvailability to work 3rd shift (10:00pm-6:30am) is required.\nThis position requires flexibility working irregular shifts, frequently working extended hours, and on holidays and weekends, per business need.\nThis position requires physical strength to occasionally lift or carry objects up to 10 pounds in weight.\n\nJohnson & Johnson is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer.
