CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant or Experienced Caregiver

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver or CNA to join our healthcare team for cases in the Danbury/Newtown/Southbury areas. Schedule is early to late morning to early afternoon. As a CNA or experienced Caregiver you will provide essential support to a senior in their home. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in the healthcare field and make a positive impact on the lives of a patient. Schedule-Daytime Shifts AM to Afternoon Hours Responsibilities - Assist with daily patient care activities, including standby shower assist, dressing assist, meal prep, and light housekeeping. - Medication Reminders - Maintain accurate and up-to-date care logs - Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes to the staff - Companionship -Errands and or transport to Dr appointments -Meal Prep -Light housekeeping Requirements - High school diploma or equivalent - Current certification as a nursing assistant (CNA) or 2 years of Caregiver experience - Talkative - Proficiency in providing patient care - Excellent communication and conversation skills - Ability to work effectively in a low key home environment-Provide transportation if necessary, run errands (mileage reimbursed) If you are passionate about providing exceptional patient care and making a difference in people's lives, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding position.
