Technical Recruiter
Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Technical Recruiter to join a client in Fremont. This is a contract position scheduled to last at least 6 months with the potential to extend. The position is 100% onsite. This person will play a key role in attracting, engaging, and retaining top talent. This individual will lead full-cycle recruiting efforts while building a strong employment brand and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.In addition to recruiting responsibilities, this role will serve as a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), supporting assigned departments and contributing to broader talent and people strategies. Key ResponsibilitiesTalent AcquisitionPartner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategiesSource, identify, and engage qualified candidates through multiple channels, including social media, professional networks, and employee referralsManage full-cycle recruiting, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and offer processesEnsure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycleSupport senior recruiting initiatives and provide guidance on sourcing strategiesHR Business PartneringAct as a trusted advisor to assigned departments on talent-related mattersSupport employee retention, engagement, and development initiativesCollaborate with leadership to align hiring and workforce planning with business goalsData & Process OptimizationTrack and analyze recruiting metrics to improve hiring effectivenessLeverage data to inform talent acquisition strategies and decision-makingContinuously evaluate and enhance recruiting processes and toolsQualifications5+ years of experience in technical recruiting or a similar roleProven expertise in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidatesStrong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to build relationships with stakeholders and candidates at all levelsExperience using ATS platforms (iCIMS preferred)Familiarity with social media recruiting, resume databases, and professional networksStrong critical thinking and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent time-management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
