We are constantly pursuing global certifications to maintain Microboard at the leading edge of technology with a keen sensitivity to our environment (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 13485, AS9100D, ISO14001, CE, UL, ITAR.)\nSummary:\nInspect a wide variety of electronic components, bare pc boards, mechanical components to customer documentation as well as industry standards. Receiving Inspector shall be able to work with MINIMAL or NO supervision.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:include the following. Other duties may be assigned.\nPerforms incoming/receiving inspections on bare PCBs (Printed Circuit Boards) per IPC-A-600.\nPerforms incoming/receiving inspections on electrical and mechanical components.\nExamines quality of workmanship for conformity to customer documentation and industry standards.\nVerify the accuracy of documentation, such as Certificate of Conformity, FAI reports and Test data.\nPerforms conformal coat inspection as assigned by the Group Leader.\nFollows established procedures for identifying and handling nonconforming materials.\nAssists engineering in developing quality inspection plans.\nManage and publish inspection report.\nQualifications:\nMinimum 5 years Quality Assurance or Quality Control experience in electronics manufacturing.\nHigh School Diploma or GED\nAbility to read and speak English fluently.\nHave basic component ID knowledge. and soldering knowledge.\nExperience using MICRO-VU camera-based measuring system preferred.
