We are looking for an ambitious and result‐oriented Sales Manager who wants to develop a career and grow in sales. Ideally, we are looking for a candidate with a strong background in FinTech sales (including EMI, PSP, fintech banks, and digital wallets ). We are committed to providing you with comprehensive training and support by experienced professionals so you can succeed in the Sales role.We are a remote‐first technology company and welcome applications from candidates across Europe, including the EEA, the UK, Switzerland, and other non‐EEA European countries such as Ukraine, Moldova, Georgia, Armenia, Montenegro, Turkey, and the Western Balkans. We also consider applicants from different locations who can work within Central European Time (CET).ResponsibilitiesAcquire new clients by growing, maintaining and leveraging leads, converting them into sales opportunitiesIdentify features of target business verticals in order to offer the most suitable solution for the potential clientPrepare and organize sales materials, including presentations and proposalsPresent and pitch products to potential clientsSchedule and attend meetings with potential clients to discuss their needs and introduce PayDo's solutionsPrepare offers, agreements and invoicesWork with CRM (Zendesk Sell)Provide periodic updates and report to the Head of DepartmentAchieve weekly/monthly KPIsSkills & RequirementsStrong background in FinTech sales (including EMI, PSP, fintech banks, and digital wallets)Motivated, enthusiastic and result-oriented individual with a strong work ethicsA quick learner who can grasp new concepts and apply them quicklyBasic knowledge of CRM platformsA creative and resourceful problem solverReady for new challenges with a strong can‐do attitudeAbility to travel abroad#J-18808-Ljbffr
