The position serves as the central coordination point for enterprise initiatives involving operational process enhancements, documentation management, training activities, and executive reporting. This role works across multiple functional areas to improve operational efficiency, maintain program documentation, support training initiatives, and ensure successful delivery of program objectives.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nMission Partner Training Program (MPTP) Coordination\nCoordinate and manage training activities supporting Mission Partner Training Programs.\nSchedule training sessions and coordinate logistics with stakeholders and subject matter experts.\nFacilitate training sessions and provide operational support during delivery.\nMaintain training calendars, attendance records, and post-session documentation.\nManage and maintain training materials, computer-based training modules, and reference libraries.\nSupport development and maintenance of training program documentation and standard operating procedures.\n\nSharePoint Administration & Content Management\nAdminister and maintain NIPR/SIPR SharePoint environments and associated repositories.\nManage site structure, navigation, permissions, and content organization.\nUpdate organizational documentation, charts, process content, and training materials.\nEnsure information remains current and accessible to authorized users.\nSupport governance activities related to content lifecycle management.\n\nProject Improvement & Process Automation\nAnalyze current operational workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.\nCoordinate with stakeholders to gather, document, and refine requirements for operational processes.\nSupport development and maintenance of automation requirements documentation.\nParticipate in recurring process improvement and working group meetings.\nTrack project progress, milestones, and action items using Government-approved tracking tools.\nIdentify integration opportunities across tools, systems, and operational processes.\nAssist with issue resolution and process optimization efforts.\n\nDocumentation & Reporting\nDevelop and maintain meeting minutes, requirements documentation, SOPs, reports, and other program deliverables.\nPrepare executive-level presentations and In-Progress Review (IPR) briefings bi-annually.\nTrack action items and ensure timely completion of deliverables.\nProduce recurring reports supporting management visibility and decision-making.\n\nStakeholder Coordination\nCoordinate with internal and external stakeholders across multiple mission areas.\nCommunicate project status, risks, issues, and recommendations.\nSupport collaboration between operational teams and leadership.\n\nRequirements:\nActive Secret clearance\n2+ years of experience working with SharePoint\nStrong communication skills.\nMust possess a Valid DoD 8570 / 8140 IAT-II certification (Security+, CCNA, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, CND, SSCP)\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).\nExperience supporting project coordination, documentation management, or operational improvement initiatives.\nExperience administering SharePoint environments.\nExperience with Microsoft Office 365 tools and collaboration platforms.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nStrong organizational and multitasking abilities.\nExperience creating executive briefings and reports.\n\nNote\nThis job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the employee(s) of this position.
