Job Title :Principal System Engineer /Hardware Verification EngineerLocation : Road Tucson,AZ 85737Duration:- 6+ MonthPay : Negotiable depending on experience Description:Experienced DO-254 Hardware Verification EngineerKey Responsibilities• Program management experience• Experience working with Customers and Suppliers• Systems validation & verification• Customer interaction• Project oversightKey Responsibilitieso Drive the technical strategy and coordination for the DO-254 Validation and Verification for ASICso Support / contribution to creation of cohesive project planso Create requirements-based test cases, test procedures and execute on-target verification tests on airborne electronic hardwareo Develop automated test tools in LabView/Pythono Coordinate with hardware and software development teams to design test setups for DO-254 hardware validation and verification.o Assist with the troubleshooting and debugging of test cases, test procedures, LabView software, Embedded Software and test equipment.o Use standard lab probing and troubleshooting test equipmento Execute automated test scripts and troubleshoot issueso Document test results with clarity and attention to detailBachelor of Science degree in Engineering.o B.S. in Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical, or Computer Engineering or a related degreeo 2+ years of Requirements Based Verification per DO-178, DO-254, or ARP4754o Design experience/knowledge with ASIC, FPGA, CPLD technologies o Experience with LabView and Pythono Experience with NI PXIe Chassis/Cardso Experience with DAQ hardware like National Instruments or Speedgoato Experience with automated testers and formal acceptance testing o Experience documenting test environments and test results o Experience with communication buses like RS232, RS422, CAN, ARINC429, etc.o Experience with DO-160, MIL-STD-810, or equivalent qualification testingo Experience in a production environment either aerospace, medical, or industrialo Ability to influence others and lead small teamso Strong oral and written communication skillso Familiarity with Engine Controls Units, Requirement Traceability, Team Center, and Doors.o Beneficial to have knowledge of Honeywell Engine products like TFE731 and HTF7K
