This Litigation Attorney role focuses on complex antitrust and competition litigation, including investigations, pre-trial strategy, and trial work across multiple industries.This is not a passive litigation role. Attorneys will be expected to contribute immediately to substantive casework, including motion practice and trial preparation. If someone lacks experience managing complex litigation or high-volume caseloads, this role will expose that quickly.
