Quality Assurance ManagerWe are seeking a hands‑on, data‑driven Quality Manager with experience in aerospace and/or automotive manufacturing. Then this opportunity could be the right fit for you.Why should you apply for this position?A positive workplace cultureCompetitive SalaryCareer Advancement opportunitiesFinancial GrowthResponsibilities:Oversee incoming, in‑process, and final inspection (excluding NDT).Ensure proper use of CMMs, gauges, hardness testers, and other inspection tools.Improve SPC, process capability, and defect reduction.Lead root‑cause analysis and corrective actions (8D, 5‑Why).Review/approve NCRs, MRB decisions, and customer returns.Plan and conduct internal audits; support customer, registrar, and Nadcap audits.Manage supplier quality performance and supplier corrective actions.Act as primary customer quality contact; support PPAP/FAI and contract review.Qualifications:5+ years of quality leadership in manufacturing.Strong knowledge of AS9100, IATF 16949, GD&T, and inspection methods.Experience with PPAP, FAI (AS9102), SPC, MSA, and corrective action systems.Ability to read engineering drawings and specifications.Experience with aluminum casting, machining, or heat‑treat operations.Familiarity with ERP and quality data systems.Lean/Six Sigma experience.Benefits:A positive workplace cultureCompetitive SalaryCareer Advancement opportunitiesFinancial GrowthJasleen Kaurjasleen@ajuliaexecutivesearch.comAjulia Executive Search is a search firm specializing in Manufacturing, Finance, IT, Legal and Pharmaceutical positions.
