{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"29938f0ed87f55f5863f2d37","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/29938f0ed87f55f5863f2d37","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/29938f0ed87f55f5863f2d37","title":"Packaging Project Coordinator","description":"Job Title – Packaging Project Coordinator\nJob Location – Bothell, WA (Onsite)\nRequired Skills: Packaging Artwork, Labelling Artwork\nProject Management:\n· Execute artwork projects under direction of packaging artwork team for new products and existing product changes to specific global markets.\n· Oversee multiple projects of various size and scope simultaneously.\n· Manage, review, and obtain final approval from all stakeholders.\n· Navigate ambiguity of details and utilize resources to clearly define project scope and obtain quality inputs for quality artwork deliverables.\n· Monitor and maintain project schedules ensuring timeliness of projects and provide routine status reports to Packaging Artwork Team Lead.\n· Escalate process delays and other project risks to internal functions when necessary for resolution.\n· Attend training to build team member expertise across product categories.\n· Enter updates to maintain documentation of market legal requirements, standard copy blocks, and other shared team resources.\n· Manage electronic record-keeping and reporting as required for job activities.\nPackaging execution:\n· Coordinate the work flow between translation vendors, artwork execution vendors, and cross functional collaboration\n· Proof PDFs, route revisions, and manage sales regions to artwork deadlines for all packaging launches.\n· Revise and proof ancillary POS print materials.\n· Ensure claims’ messaging is used appropriately & consistently on packaging and within legal market requirements.\n· Keep up-to-date on current business software.\n· Process and track purchase orders and payments.\nRequirements:\n· 3-5 years professional experience with product packaging or printed marketing materials\n· Minimum 2 years of experience working with implementing brand guidelines in work for national brands\n· Demonstrated ability to foresee and address problems proactively\n· Highly detail oriented and able to manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously\n· Exceptional communication skills for coordinating remote teams of many nationalities, as well as communication with global and local stakeholders\n· Demonstrated proficiency with electronic record-keeping system\n· Experience working in ISO9000 or similar regulated business preferred\n· Previous related work experience in a global consumer packaged goods company preferred\nSpecific Knowledge/Skills:\n· Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Notes\n· Adobe Acrobat for editing, annotating PDFs\n· Experience with online project management software, Wind-chill PLM, and remote approval tools a plus\n· Familiar with the use of Product Data Management (PDM) systems preferred\nJob Type: Full-time\nPay: $80,000.00 -
