You'll work on complex commercial projects and cutting‑edge control systems while building a rewarding, long‑term career.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform system start‑ups in accordance with project plans, specifications, and contract requirementsAnalyze and optimize building automation and HVAC system performanceCommission HVAC and DDC control systems, including controllers, sensors, and networked devicesTroubleshoot and resolve issues with control systems, equipment, and componentsBuild, wire, and test control panels as requiredMaintain accurate project documentation, drawings, and detailed field notesProvide technical and engineering support for active projectsTrain customers and internal team members on control system operationAssist the Service Department with advanced troubleshooting calls as neededSkills & AbilitiesStrong troubleshooting and diagnostic skillsSolid understanding of DDC control theory and applicationsHands‑on experience with commercial HVAC systemsKnowledge of electrical circuits, electronics, and control wiringFamiliarity with computer hardware, software, and basic programmingAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionProfessional communication and strong customer‑facing skillsCredentials & Experience2+ years of hands‑on field experience in HVAC controls or building automationTechnical degree preferred, but not requiredWorking knowledge of HVAC and/or mechanical systemsProven mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilitiesEquivalent combinations of education and experience are welcomeWhy Join This TeamThis contractor has a long‑standing reputation for delivering high‑quality HVAC design, installation, controls, and service work across commercial markets.
