The company delivers advanced solutions that improve the precision and efficiency of tumor tissue selection for molecular testing, directly supporting optimized cancer treatment decisions.Role DescriptionThe Clinical Workflow Specialist is a high-touch, hybrid role at Xyall that combines deep technical expertise in tissue dissection and molecular diagnostic workflows with strategic customer success management.You will be responsible for ensuring that clinical laboratories successfully integrate Xyall's automated tissue dissection technology into their pathology workflows with the objective to create an end-to-end automated workflow - increasing efficiency, throughput, diagnostic yield while also improving TAT and reduced labor costs in high throughput genomics labs.Tasks & responsibilitiesWorkflow Integration and Technical Application:· Act as the subject matter expert on automated tissue dissection, guiding customers on how to transition from manual scraping to Xyall's precision-guided systems.· Lead the "Analog to Digital" integration of the pre-molecular workflow while helping labs align their digital pathology workflow with the Xyall Tissector TT hardware and software implementation· Optimize and standardize the collection process of automatic tissue dissection from slides to increase efficiency, throughput, diagnostic yield and to ensure maximum sample integrity and cellularity for subsequent DNA/RNA extraction.· Provide advanced training to histotechnicians and pathologists on system operation, software calibration, and maintenance.Customer Success and Strategic Account Management· Own the post-sale relationship, serving as the primary bridge between the customer's clinical goals and Xyall's technology.· Develop and track Success Milestones, such as reduction in sample prep, increase in throughput, efficiency, TAT, diagnostic yield and accuracy of tissue recovery.· Conduct regular meetings with the customers to demonstrate how automation has reduced human error and improved labor efficiency.· Proactively identify and resolve "bottlenecks" in the lab's pre-analytical phase.Reference Site· Manage relationships at Reference Sites, ensuring these flagship labs are optimized for peer-to-peer demonstrations.Requirements:Education and Experience:· Education : Bachelor's degree in Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related technical field.· Technical Expertise: Strong background in histology, digital pathology, or laboratory automation. Experience with CNC-style precision hardware or medical imaging software is a significant plus.· Clinical Knowledge: Deep understanding of the pathology "slide-to-sequencer" pipeline and the importance of sample purity.· Success Mindset: Proven ability to manage long-term client relationships and navigate the organizational structure of academic medical centers and commercial labs.Personal Skills· Customer-Focused:Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring that customer satisfaction is at the forefront of all activities.· Exceptional Communicator:Communicates effectively with multiple stakeholders, including senior leadership and lab personnel.· Analytical & Strategic:Strong analytical skills to monitor market trends, customer needs, and sales performance, with a strategic approach to improving sales outcomes.· Team-Oriented:A collaborative mindset, working seamlessly with internal teams (marketing, product development, customer service) and external partners to achieve sales goals.· Dynamic & Resilient:Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced, evolving market, with the ability to thrive under pressure.Additional Information· Willingness to travel up to 50%.Expected Base Pay Range: $90,000 to $130,000 Annual. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation.
