It includes providing leadership and coordination of the engineering team assigned to the programs to support new designs and improving existing designs. You would be providing support for internal investigations of field issues and determining if design changes can provide relief for certain supply chain challenges are also part of the job. In addition, you would be interfacing with customers and internal senior staff.\nWhat YOU will do Responsible for developing and managing cross-functional product focused programs.\nManages the project and interfaces with partners, contractors, suppliers, customers and internal functions.\nManages program resource and budget allocation/integration.\nEngineering lead and focal for the program.\nResponsible for the planning and execution of all Engineering deliverables to support qualification, certification, and production of Nacelle hardware to agree technical specifications, schedule, and budget.\nDevelops, maintains, and communicates priorities and executable plans for a diverse domestic and global team to support internal business and Customer requirements.\nSupports monthly Engineering Operations reviews with variance assessments, corrective action, updated Forecast (budget and resource), key risks/abatements, and help needed.\nManage an integrated master schedule (IMS) with inputs from the team and provide assessment of multiple critical path(s).\nDevelop action plans with guidance to respond to issues/problems.\nWhat YOU must bring to Succeed Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent technical degree from an accredited university or college.\nMinimum of 5 years of engineering work experience.\nThis position involves access to export-controlled technology which requires U.S. Person status or government authorization. A ‘U.S. Person,’ as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62, includes U.S. citizens, U.S. nationals, individuals lawfully admitted for permanent residence (green card holders), and individuals granted asylum or refugee status in the United States. To be considered for this position, you must either be a U.S. Person or fall within a legally recognized export control exception or authorization. If hired, you will be required to provide valid proof of such status.\nDesired Characteristics Experience in leading technical programs in the Aerospace industry.\nStrong oral and written communication skills.\nStrong interpersonal and leadership skills.\nAbility to influence others and lead small teams.\nAbility to coordinate several projects simultaneously.\nEffective problem identification and solution skills.\nProven analytical and organizational ability.\nProject Management Professional (PMP) Certification.\nAt ST Engineering, we offer great rewards , competitive pay , career advancement and growth opportunities .\nEstimate salary range for this role: $92,000 to $138,100 per year.
