The Night Auditor works the overnight front desk shift generally from 10PM - 6A or 11PM-7AM. We value dependability and honesty the most in our Night Auditors.\r\nDaily Duties\r\nAnswer phone calls and assist any guest requests - towel requests, noise complaints, lock outs etc\r\nCommunicate any issues with morning shift and other departments\r\nWelcome late arrivals\r\nWalk property periodically throughout the evening\r\nAdhere to and enforce all safety and emergency procedures and inform upper management of any unsafe conditions\r\nOther responsibilities as assigned\r\nRequirements & Qualifications\r\nSelf motivated and independent\r\nFriendly and service oriented attitude\r\nPresentable and professional\r\nAble to stand on feet for up to 8 hours\r\nAble to read and write English\r\nBasic/intermediate computer skills\r\nHigh School Degree\r\nSome weekend availability, when we are busiest, is generally required in the hospitality industry\r\nPrevious experience is preferred, but not required - we are willing to train someone with the right attitude\r\nLafayette Hotels is an affirmative action and equal opportunity employer.
