{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"29701ffcfecb61f1e85db654","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/29701ffcfecb61f1e85db654","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/29701ffcfecb61f1e85db654","title":"QC Production Associate","description":"*Description:*\n\nJoin our team as a QC/Production Associate I, where you’ll play a key role in producing life-changing drug products and ensuring their quality through hands-on work with advanced radio synthesizers and analytical equipment.\n\nQC/Production Associate I\n\nTitle | QC/Production Associate I\n\nDepartment | Network Operations\n\nReports To | Facility Manager\n\nCompensation Range | $30 - $32 hourly\n\nOverview\n\nThe QC/Production Associate I will operate the radiosynthesizers for the production of drug product, as well as operate analytical equipment for the quality control of drug product.\n\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\n\nPerform FDG and NaF synthesis according to SOFIE Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs):\n\nEnsure all materials/reagents are accepted according to SOPs and within expiry\n\nEnsure all equipment is appropriately qualified prior to use\n\nOperate the synthesis unit according to SOPs\n\nLearn the basic operational principles of the synthesis unit and assist in routine maintenance of the synthesis unit\n\nPerform FDG and NaF quality control (QC) processes according to SOPs:\n\nAssist with basic maintenance of QC equipment\n\nEnsure all equipment is appropriately calibrated and qualified prior to use\n\nOperate the QC equipment according to SOPs\n\nEnsure completion of applicable cGMP documentation.\n\nAssist with inventory management:\n\nMaintain production/QC/cleaning supply levels as appropriate\n\nAssist with inventory reporting\n\nPerform material acceptance according to SOPs\n\nCommunicate with local and Network support resources to troubleshoot equipment, production, or QC issues.\n\nPerform basic computer-controlled cyclotron operations for FDG and NaF production under the advisement of site Cyclotron and Facility Engineer.\n\nMaintain a clean and safe working environment.\n\nPerform radiation safety duties according to SOFIE’s Corporate Radiation Compliance Program and site licensing requirements.\n\nMaintain all qualification and validation requirements for entering ISO classified area.\n\nClean classified and non-classified areas according to SOPs.\n\nPerform environmental monitoring of classified areas according to SOPs.\n\nReport manufacturing metrics into data repository as required.\n\nComplete cGMP documents as required and assist site and corporate Quality Assurance including, but not limited to:\n\nInvestigations\n\nCorrective and Preventative Actions\n\nDeviations\n\nOut of Specifications\n\nNo or Atypical Yields\n\nManufacturing and QC Records\n\nLogbooks\n\nAttend internal meetings as required.\n\nOther assigned duties as required.\n\nQualifications\n\nHigh school diploma required;
