{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"296c45525f1b3e13581c688a","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/296c45525f1b3e13581c688a","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/296c45525f1b3e13581c688a","title":"Program Coordinator","description":"Location: Washington, DC (Hybrid), please note this position will be travel throughout the DMV\nThe Role\nThe Program Coordinator will serve as the primary liaison between the organization and its community partners, helping implement a web-based technology platform while providing ongoing training, technical support, and project coordination.\nThis individual will help onboard new partner organizations, conduct training sessions, monitor data quality, and collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and drive successful program adoption.\nPrimary Responsibilities\nCoordinate implementation activities across multiple partner organizations.\nDeliver virtual and in-person training sessions to diverse audiences.\nProvide ongoing support and troubleshooting related to internal systems and processes.\nBuild strong relationships with external partners and serve as a primary point of contact.\nDevelop and maintain training resources, documentation, and communication materials.\nGather feedback and recommend process improvements to enhance program effectiveness.\nProgram Coordination\nSupport ongoing projects and organizational initiatives from planning through execution.\nCollaborate with internal teams to coordinate activities, timelines, and deliverables.\nTrack project milestones and communicate updates to stakeholders.\nAssist with special projects and continuous improvement efforts.\nData & Administrative Support\nMonitor information for accuracy and completeness.\nMaintain reports, records, and tracking documents.\nAnalyze trends and identify opportunities for process improvements.\nAssist with reporting, documentation, and operational support activities.\nQualifications\nRequired\nBachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.\nExperience delivering training, presentations, or educational sessions.\nStrong project or program coordination experience.\nExperience working with databases or technology platforms.\nExcellent communication and relationship-building skills.\nStrong organizational and analytical abilities.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities independently.\nValid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the Washington metropolitan area.\nPreferred\nBilingual (Spanish preferred).\nPay: $30.00 -
