Role Description The Communications Specialist (Air and Ground) will manage the coordination and communication of medical transport operations. Responsibilities include monitoring and dispatching helicopter and mobile ICU teams, providing logistical support, and ensuring communication across various stakeholders in real-time. The Specialist will utilize radio, computer, and other communication tools to prioritize and facilitate requests efficiently. This role also requires accurate documentation and adherence to safety and operational protocols. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dublin, OH.
