Develop user guides and documentation.\nProcess Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, customer service) to identify and implement software-based process improvements, workflows, and automation.\nData Management: Manage data integrity within HubSpot, ensuring data accuracy, de-duplication, and proper reporting. Assist in generating reports and dashboards for business insights.\nProject Management: Lead and manage software-related projects, ensuring timely execution and delivery.\nVendor Relations: Liaise with software vendors to stay current on product updates, troubleshoot issues, and manage licenses.\nCompliance and Security: Ensure that the usage of software is in compliance with company policies and applicable regulations regarding data security and privacy.\nQualifications:\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.\nExperience: 2-5 years of experience managing business software platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.\nTechnical Skills:\nStrong knowledge of CRM systems, marketing automation, and integrations (e.g., HubSpot & API knowledge) required.\nProficient in data management, segmentation, and reporting.\nFamiliarity with coding or scripting languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.\nAnalytical Skills: Ability to interpret data, generate actionable insights, and recommend optimizations to improve software usage.\nCommunication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
