{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"294d9bcc3d0add2728f3980d","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/294d9bcc3d0add2728f3980d","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/294d9bcc3d0add2728f3980d","title":"Human Resource Coordinator","description":"Job Description\r\nCompany seeking a Human Resources Generalist coordinates to implementation of services, policies, and programs through Human Resources staff; reports to the Human Resources Director or HR Manager, and assists and advises company managers about Human Resources issues.\r\nOnboarding all new employees and disseminates paperwork to the appropriate departments.\r\nMaintains all employee HR, payroll and benefit files.\r\nAssists in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures by preparing and maintaining employee handbook and policies and procedures manual.\r\nRecommends new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of the department and services performed.\r\nProcesses employee status updates and contact information.\r\nParticipates in developing department goals, objectives and systems in relation to established goals.\r\nHandles employee relations counseling and exit interviewing.\r\nAdministers various human resource plans and procedures for all company personnel.\r\nMaintains human resource information system (HCM) records and compiles reports from the database.\r\nMaintains I-9 book and compliance with federal and state laws.\r\nParticipates in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars.\r\nAdministers the compensation program; monitors the performance evaluation program and processing all salary adjustments and revisions as necessary.\r\nMaintains and files EEO-1 report annually; maintains other records, reports and logs to conform to EEO regulations.\r\nMaintains confidentiality and employee file retention in compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment of all HR documentation.\r\nMaintains an orderly and clean work area free of debris.\r\nAdheres to all OSHA safety guidelines, company policies and JSAs (Job Safety Analysis Form).\r\nCompletes all mandatory training in a timely manner.\r\nComplies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.\r\nQualifications\r\nHuman Resources Generalist Skills and Qualifications\r\n3-5 years of experience in HR\r\nCollege Degree in HR or related fields\r\nProficient in MS Office Suite\r\nKnowledge and experience with HCM Software\r\nKnowledge and experience with Epicor Software\r\nBenefits\r\nHealth and wellness, Paid time off and Retirement:\r\nMedical insurance, Dental insurance, Fitness facility, Yoga classes, Flexible spending account, savings plan, Vacation, Holidays, Sick leave, Jury duty, Bereavement, Long-term retirement goals, a competitive 401(k) matching.
