This Field Applications Engineering role is for a specialist in system design, networking and leader to our customers who believe that deep learning, data science, and artificial intelligence is a new computing revolution and has the potential to transform the industry.\n\nNVIDIA is searching for an extraordinary FAE with a focus on system design for AI computing. Your primary responsibilities will be the customer technical engagement for NVIDIA GPU products for computing systems targeted at a wide range of deployments from the datacenter to the edge. You will be working cross-functionally with our organizations as well as ensuring a positive experience for external customers.\nWhat you’ll be doing:\nBe a technical specialist on GPU and networking products directly supporting sales account managers, working closely with the team to secure design wins.\nActively establish the technical relationship with our customer’s engineers, management, and architects at focus accounts.\nIdentify customer architectures and key product requirements in the OEM market.\nProvide onsite support to solve problems in hardware and software, and deep learning inference.\nLead the support of the product through the design-in phase all the way to the product end of life.\nCreate technical solutions such as hardware & software demos and example system designs.\nProvide technical and sales training to the direct sales team and channel partners.\nEstablish strong relationships and communication channels with internal teams.\nWhat we need to see:\nBS or MS in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Computer Science or equivalent experience.\n5+ years of related experience in a high-tech electronics industry in a system design role or technical customer support role.\nHardware design experience involving schematics, layout, power, thermal and mechanical design.\nCapable of working in a constantly evolving environment without losing focus.\nDrive technical issues across multiple cross functional teams.\nAbility to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nStrong time-management and organization skills for coordinating multiple initiatives, priorities, and implementations of new technology and products into very complex projects.\nExcellent written and oral communication skills in English with the ability to effectively collaborate with management and engineering.\nWays to stand out from the crowd:\nARM and NVIDIA GPU and DPU development\nC/C++ and Python programming skills.\nEmbedded Linux System, APIs and similar embedded OS knowledge.\nExperience working with OEMs in the industrial, military, and cloud computing space.\nTechnical Expertise: Hands-on experience in hardware design, platform setup, and application profiling.\nNVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers.
