Through strategic partnerships with Redfin.com and Rocket Mortgage, the program delivers a diversified lead pipeline to agents, including high-volume web inquiries and "finance-first" pre-qualified buyers.As a Performance Advisor, you are responsible for driving agent conversion performance by by leveraging data, coaching, and accountability to turn demand into closed deals. You will work directly with participating agents and in close partnership with field leadership, to strength how agents engage, nurture, and convert inbound leads. This is a performance-driven role at the intersection of agent success, product adoption, and revenue growth, ensuring agents consistently execute against best practices and program expectations.Primary ObjectiveIncrease conversion rates and revenue outcomes by improving agent behavior, tool adoption, and execution across the consumer lifecycle.Core Responsibilities1. Agent Performance Coaching & AccountabilityPartner directly with agents to improve performance across the full conversion funnel:Provide direct, actionable coaching based on real performance dataReinforce consistent execution of the performance frameworksHold agents accountable to program standards and expectations through lead allocation levers and disengagement framework2. Performance Management & OptimizationMonitor agent performance across key metricsIdentify gaps and create targeted improvement plansTrack progress and adjust coaching based on outcomesPartner with Sales Managers to address persistent underperformance3. Product & Workflow AdoptionDrive adoption of Compass and partnership tools that directly impact conversionEnsure agents are using tools as intended to deliver a high-quality client experienceConnect product usage to performance outcomes4. Market-Level Insights & DiagnosticsIdentify patterns in agent performance across markets, teams, and cohortsSurface insights on what's driving or blocking conversionProvide structured feedback to Marketplace strategy, Product, AnalyticsHelp inform program evolution based on real-world performance5. Program Enablement & Field PartnershipLead onboarding, training sessions, and office hours for participating agentsPartner with brokerage leaders to align on performance expectationsReinforce program standards consistently across offices and regionsAct as a visible, trusted partner to the field, focused on outcomesSuccess MetricsImprovement in agent conversion rates across the funnelIncrease in closed transactions tied to Demand Marketplace leadsAdoption and consistent use of Compass tools and workflowsReduction in unclaimed or poorly handled leadsField engagement and participation in coaching programsMonthly visits in person with agentsIdeal Profile5+ years in real estate, proptech, or marketplace sales performance rolesDeep understanding of residential transaction flow and agent workflowsProven experience coaching or managing performance of sales professionalsStrong analytical mindset, comfortable using data to drive behavior changeExcellent communicator with ability to influence without authorityHigh accountability orientation, comfortable holding a performance barWorkplace & Location: This is a fully in-office role, with opportunities to be based in any of our following locations: New York City, Seattle, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Boston, Philadelphia, Miami, Atlanta, Nashville, Chicago, Austin, Dallas, and Houston.Compensation: The expected base pay for this position is $100,000 - $115,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonuses and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of benefits. Base pay is based on market location.
