Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) — New York City, Midtown Manhattan TMS + Mind MD is an NYC-based psychiatric wellness practice specializing in interventional and integrative mental health care. Our clinical model brings together medication management and psychotherapy with cutting-edge treatments — including TMS, esketamine (Spravato), IV Ketamine, and medication-assisted treatment — guided by a commitment to treating the whole person, not just the diagnosis.We're expanding our team and looking for a PMHNP who is proactive, relationship-driven, and excited to work at the intersection of traditional psychiatry and advanced therapeutic modalities.What You'll DoConduct psychiatric evaluations and ongoing follow-up visitsAdminister IV therapy to patientsProvide psychotherapy and medication managementParticipate in interventional treatments including TMS and esketamine — training provided as neededMaintain thorough and accurate documentation in the EHRWhat We're Looking ForActive New York PMHNP licenseBoard certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse PractitionerActive DEA licenseExperience working with adult psychiatric populationsGenuine interest in both therapy and medication management alongside integrative approachesStrong communicator with a patient-first mindset*Prior experience with TMS, ketamine/esketamine, or integrative psychiatry is a plus, but we're happy to train the right candidate.What We OfferA collaborative, forward-thinking integrative care environmentFlexible outpatient scheduleThe opportunity to be part of a practice redefining psychiatric wellness in New York CityIf you're a PMHNP passionate about thoughtful, whole-person psychiatric care and ready to work with some of the most innovative treatments in the field, we'd love to connect.Compensation: $145,000 – $160,000 per year
