The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, monitoring, and optimizing our organization's network infrastructure. This role requires a strong understanding of Microsoft technologies, including Intune, Azure, and Active Directory. Candidates with hands-on experience in cabling and fiber terminations will be considered a plus.\r\nKey Responsibilities Install, configure, and support local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), and network segments.\r\nMonitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high levels of availability and security.\r\nAdminister Microsoft Intune for device management and security policies.\r\nManage and maintain Microsoft Azure cloud resources and services.\r\nAdminister Active Directory, including user and group management, authentication, and permissions.\r\nPerform regular network maintenance, including firmware updates and patch management.\r\nMaintain documentation of network configurations and standard operating procedures.\r\nAssist in the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of cabling, including fiber terminations (preferred).\r\nCollaborate with IT team members and other departments to support organizational technology needs.\r\nEnsure compliance with security policies and best practices.\r\nQualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.\r\nMinimum of 4 years' experience in network administration or a similar IT role.\r\nStrong knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Azure, and Active Directory is required.\r\nExperience in cabling and fiber terminations is a plus.\r\nSolid understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and hardware.\r\nExcellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\r\nStrong organizational and communication abilities.\r\nAbout Kimble Kimble Company is locally owned and operated by the Kimble Family, with over 70 years of experience in the energy, materials, recycling, and solid waste industries.
