Initially, this role will focus on the ERP implementation, then expand to support and manage all key system integrations across the company. It will serve as the program manager and change leader for the ERP implementation, ensuring the system enhances business operations, drives adoption, and delivers measurable value across all functional areas.\r\nThe ideal candidate combines ERP expertise, change management experience, and project leadership to guide both the technical and organizational transition to the new platform and ensure its ongoing success.\r\nKey Responsibilities\r\nManage the ERP implementation from design through testing, go-live, and stabilization\r\nDevelop and propose change management strategies to drive user adoption, communication, and training, coordinating with all parties\r\nBuild partnerships with stakeholders to align expectations and ensure business process readiness\r\nServe as the liaison between implementation partners, vendors, and internal teams\r\nManage integrations between the ERP platform and enterprise systems\r\nWork within IT to ensure data integrity, system performance and security\r\nMaintain a roadmap for enhancements, upgrades, and process improvements\r\nCollaborate with leaders across all functional areas to align operations and reporting needs\r\nAnalyze, extract and translate business requirements into technical requirements\r\nIdentify root cause for commonly occurring issues and recommend solutions\r\nBe able to communicate effectively with a wide range of end users/business users\r\nQualifications\r\nBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)\r\n5–8 years of experience managing ERP or large technology projects\r\nDirect Workday or equivalent ERP experience preferred\r\nExperience leading change management and adoption strategies\r\nStrong troubleshooting, analytical, reasoning and research abilities\r\nStrong communication and project management skills\r\nFamiliarity with Viewpoint is a plus, but not required\r\nSeniority level Seniority level Mid-Senior level\r\nEmployment type Employment type Full-time\r\nJob function Job function Information Technology, Finance, and Human Resources\r\nIndustries Construction and Information Technology & Services\r\nReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Technology Partners by 2x\r\nInferred from the description for this job 401(k)\r\nVision insurance\r\nMedical insurance\r\nPaid paternity leave\r\nGet notified when a new job is posted.\r\nSign in to set job alerts for \"Implementation Manager\" roles.
