We are seeking a skilled Data Visualization and Dashboard Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining dynamic dashboards and data visualizations using Tableau. This role will support our government contract team in providing real-time insights to customers without the need for traditional PowerPoint presentations.\nKey Responsibilities:\nCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into interactive graphic visualizations/dashboards.\nDesign, implement, and maintain Tableau-based dashboards for ongoing project status reporting.\nInterfacing of Tableau Dashboard with external portal, applications, and datasets\nEnsure data accuracy and consistency across visualizations.\nProvide training and support to team members on the use of dashboards.\nIdentify opportunities to improve reporting processes and visualization techniques.\nWork closely with other teams to integrate Tableau with other data sources (e.g., Jira Align, ServiceNow).\nRequired Skills:\nMust be a US Citizen\nMust be able to obtain DHS Suitability\nMust have an active Secret clearance and be able to obtain a TS/SCI\nSix (6) or more years of software development experience required.\nThree plus (3+) years proven experience with Tableau or similar data visualization tools.\nStrong understanding of data modeling, analytics, and reporting.\nAbility to work with large datasets and translate complex information into user-friendly visual formats.\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills.\nFamiliarity with Jira Align, ServiceNow, or similar platforms is a plus.\nDesired Skills:\nExperience working in a government contracting environment.\nKnowledge of project management and reporting tools.\nFamiliarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps processes.\nRequired Education:\nBachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
