This position will assist the AGM with the daily operations of Libbey’s. This position will direct and organize the restaurant staff to ensure first class service; as well as guaranteeing guest satisfaction.\nSupervising the floor during meal periods to ensure that all standards and steps of service are met through all guests’ interactions.\nEnsuring that checklists, requisitions and proper opening and closing functions are being completed each shift.\nCommunicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to provide clear direction to the staff.\nTraining will be the highest priority. Must establish new culture and guidelines to maximize the guest experience through all front of house positions.\nInteract positively with customers and resolve problems.\nMove throughout the facility and kitchen areas to visually monitor and take action to ensure food quality and service standards are met.\nWe are a small business focused on providing our employees with a fulfilling career and endless opportunities.
