Job Title Family Assistance Analyst (HCA/ISD #35946)For more Job Requirements & Classification Description:Due to the available budget allocated for this position, the hiring rate will not exceed $22.13 per hour.Why does the job exist?The Family Assistance Analyst (FAA) will:Process complex eligibility determinations for multiple income support programs;Provide employment assistance to a diverse population.How does it get done?The Family Assistance Analyst (FAA) is responsible for:Providing case management in compliance with federal and state regulations, performance measures, and mandated timeliness;Coordinating client utilization of multiple public assistance programs which may contain conflicting eligibility criteria.Who are the customers?Income Support Division (ISD) clients;ISD management.Ideal CandidateThe Ideal Candidate has experience:Interviewing clients;Assessing income potential based on language and vocational skills, education level, training needs, and employment history.High School diploma or equivalent and two (2) years experience in eligibility determination/interviewing, clerical work, customer service, and/or data entry. Any combination of education from an accredited college or university in a related field and/or direct experience in this occupation totaling two (2) years may substitute for the required education and experience.Employment RequirementsMust possess and maintain a valid Driver's License.Working ConditionsWork is performed in an office setting with exposure to Visual/Video Display Terminal (VDT) and extensive personal computer and phone usage.Bargaining Unit PositionThis position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement and all terms/conditions of that agreement apply and must be adhered to.J-18808-Ljbffr
