This position ensures that machines are built correctly and meet the expectations of the customer which ultimately impacts the revenue and long-term profitability of the company. Starting pay is $55,640 – $60,000 annually depending on experience. This position requires onsite presence in Halfmoon, NY.\nResponsibilities\nSet up PCs within specified timeframes based on the complexity and uniqueness of the machine.\nPrograms manufacturing robotics using proprietary company coding language following procedures and instructions to meet customer expectations.\nCompletes programming within specified timeframes based on the complexity and uniqueness of the machine to ensure goals and expectations are met.\nEnsures product is created according to specification based on instructions and job tracker with up to 99% quality.\nReads and interprets mechanical schematics to ensure accuracy.\nUtilizes software to communicate issues or delays during build, on real time basis.\nSets up machine to perform process.\nCompletes build within specified timeframes to ensure goals and expectations are met and product is developed on schedule.\nEnsures equipment is in optimum working order and brings issues to team leaders’ attention within one hour when aware of machine interruption.\nMaintains confidentiality of customer information.\nKeeps a neat and organized workstation for safety and efficiency.\nInteracts with customers in value stream or works in other value streams, as needed.\nSkills\nCustomer centric, committed to supporting the internal and external customer.\nStrong verbal communication and listening skills; ensures that information is passed on to others who should be kept informed.\nSelf-starter who works independently, and in a fast-paced team environment.\nExhibits sound judgement.\nMaintains a calm, tactful demeanor when dealing with difficult situations.\nManages multiple projects and timelines with a sense of urgency and follow through.\nWell organized, analytical, and detail oriented.\nComfortable working in a structured environment.\nFollows direction with focused attention.\nExhibits initiative.\nStrong computer skills\nProficiency in multiple programming languages, preferred.
