The ideal candidate is passionate about supporting users across every part of Torus's mission, from engineering to manufacturing to the field. Work experience may be evaluated in place of education.\n1+ years experience in IT Helpdesk role.\nHands-on experience with Windows 10/11, macOS, Linux, Office 365/Google Workspace.\nExperience with Jira ITSM and Slack for ticket management.\nStrong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and networks.\nUnderstanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN).\nExcellent communication and customer-service skills.\nAdditional Details\nBackground Check All candidates are subject to a background check.\nLocation + Travel The role is Oregon-based remote with on-site work as needed in our Oregon Warehouse.
