The role is responsible for delivering safe, on-time, on-budget electrical work while coordinating with clients, general contractors, engineers, vendors, and union teams. The ideal candidate combines strong construction and project management experience with deep technical knowledge of electrical systems and codes, and familiarity with Data Center, and mission-critical environments.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nLead electrical project execution from preconstruction, estimating, and planning through installation, commissioning, and closeout.\nDevelop, manage, and report project budgets, cost forecasts, and schedules; implement corrective actions to mitigate cost and schedule variances.\nCoordinate with owners, architects, engineers, general contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure scope clarity and timely delivery.\nSupervise and mentor site electrical teams, including IBEW personnel and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to quality standards and labor agreements.\nManage procurement and logistics for electrical materials, equipment, and long-lead items to meet project milestones.\nEnsure compliance with NEC, NFPA, local codes, contract requirements, and company safety programs (OSHA).\n\nQualifications\n\nMinimum 3+ years of experience managing electrical construction projects for Data Center projects\nProven experience as a Project Manager in construction with primary responsibility for electrical scope; strong leadership and team management skills.\nDemonstrated technical knowledge of electrical systems, NEC/NFPA codes, grounding systems, emergency power, switchgear, UPS, and distribution equipment.\n\nCandidates who fill out skills and questions move to the front of the application process!\n\nBenefits\n\nFull Benefits Included\n\n- For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
