MA/MS/MBA from an accredited college or university in Business, accounting, programming management, operations management, engineering with 10 years managing Government programs, 3 of which is in a supervisory capacity. 1 academic year at an accredited college or university in an accredited preferred degree related post-secondary program for 1 year of experience. 5 years of experience may be substituted for the degree requirement. PM Certification from an accredited university, or a DAWIA certification in PM, can substitute for a PMP. Perform technical program management, budgeting, scheduling, trade-off analysis, lifecycle costing, risk management, supportability, test and evaluation, and requirements development. Perform high level program management duties. Presentation and briefing skills to top level managers required.
