The Localization Operations Partner is a media content localization expert charged with overseeing end-to-end localization production, ensuring that client needs are met on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This includes managing financial, information, and material flows within the Localization organization and with adjacent and supporting teams. This leader will interface with all Localization verticals, in addition to Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Product, and others, to drive continuous improvement in the fast-moving world of media & entertainment content localization.\nWhat will your job look like?\nDrive department-wide initiatives and collaboration to ensure continuous improvement in managing financial, information, and material flows\nIdentify, prioritize, and implement efficiencies or improvements in training, resource management, production, operations, project management, client services, and other areas\nContribute to the development, integration, and implementation of tools for localization supply chain management and production\nCollaborate with Business Development, Sales, Marketing, and others to increase market penetration and introduce new services, fostering positive relationships with studio, platform, and other clients\nProvide creative, technical, and process oversight for the creation of localized elements\nIdentify, communicate, and mitigate risks to schedules, budgets, quality, and relationships\nCollaborate with growing, global team to develop and improve processes, and to maintain alignment of capacity and capabilities with client needs\nContribute to and participate in professional development, and foster a mutually supportive team environment\nAll you need is...\n10+ years related experience with demonstrated ability to develop talent, improve processes, and effect and manage change\n3+ years experience in a senior management role leading a related department or service offering\nExpertise in multi-language media localization and access services, including subtitling, closed captioning, audio description, dubbing, voiceover, lektor, and more\nStrong relationships with stakeholders throughout the media localization ecosystem, including content owners and distributors, dubbing studios and other service providers, and freelance talent\nKnowledge of the creative, technical, and legal aspects of media localization, including best practices and emerging technologies and trends\nCompetence with Excel and tools to model processes and workflows visually\nExperience managing budgets and ability to communicate operational requirements in financial/business terms\nCultural sensitivity and ability to adapt communication style to work effectively with diverse stakeholders\nEagerness to learn new skills and share knowledge with internal and external teams\nEffective problem-solving skills and ability to assess and adapt to changing priorities and strategies\nWhy you will love this job:\nYou will be part of a team of professionals dedicated to excellence in the film & television post-production industry.\nThis is an opportunity to be a difference maker with your work having tangible results every day!\nHelp propel the business towards growth and achieving ambitious goals.\n#LI-DNI\nAmdocs is an equal opportunity employer.
