The person should have hands-on experience with optoelectronic or microelectronic assembly process development as well as automated equipment, including but not limited to, optical device alignment, flip chip assembly, pick and place machines, wire bond, ribbon bond, and flexible circuit attach. The person should be detail orientated, understand Design of Experiments (DOE), Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA), innovative data reduction, and statistical analysis. He or she should be able to manage multiple critical path activities and be able to technically communicate with team members and up-level key messages.
